You can book directly through our Appointments page. Choose your service, pick a time, and secure your spot with a deposit. Once booked, you’ll get a confirmation email.

No — we don’t require a deposit to book your session. Payment is due on or before delivery of your final photos or videos.

It depends on the type of session. Most car and portrait shoots last about 1–2 hours, while events may run longer. We’ll go over timing when you book.

Every session is different, but most clients receive a curated gallery of fully edited, high-quality images. We focus on quality over quantity — delivering the best shots that truly capture the moment.

Turnaround time is usually 1–2 weeks, depending on the size of the project. For larger events or video projects, it may take a little longer. We’ll always give you an estimated delivery date up front.

If weather becomes an issue, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. For certain shoots (like cars), sometimes a cloudy or moody look actually makes for great photos!

KaiserVisuals, LLC retains copyright, but you are licensed to use your photos for personal use (sharing online, printing, etc.). For commercial or promotional use, let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is covered.

Yes — we’re based in Maryland but are open to travel for car shows, events, and special projects. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
