Welcome to KaiserVisuals, LLC. By booking our photography or videography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the delivery of final work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until deposits are received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All photos and videos remain the copyright of KaiserVisuals, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a license to use delivered media for personal and/or agreed-upon commercial purposes.

  • KaiserVisuals, LLC retains the right to use any media for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless the client provides written notice requesting otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the scheduled session.

  • Delays may shorten the available session time without affecting the agreed fee.

  • Clients must secure all necessary permissions for shooting locations, vehicles, or property.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, KaiserVisuals, LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., equipment failure, accidents, acts of nature).

  • In the unlikely event of total failure, liability is limited to a full refund of payments received.

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

  • Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking.

  • Final work will be delivered digitally unless otherwise arranged.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with KaiserVisuals, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
